Here's to you, white horse...

Forgot another REALLY priceless experience I had in HK was visiting the exclusive members only HKJC (Hong Kong Jockey Club...) in Shatin. I think it's a real landmark since we ALL know how Hongkies looove their horse racing! hahaha.. so happens that Manlok's uncle is a horse trainer there and was able to get us a pass into the clubhouse for nearly a whole day (after he found out that I love horses). Everything was just an order away.... on the house! It was a new experience although I am not an avid gambler, but as most of you would know, I am an avid animal lover! ;P

But at a point, I was really depress as a referee's white horse had to be put down because one of the race horse ran amok and knocked the poor white horse, breaking his leg. Very sad.. everyone was quite sad in the room. So here's to you, my poor white horse, let it be known your life was not to no avail..........
